Job Description
ROLE
The Global Compensation & Benefits Coordinator will contribute to the successful delivery of our payroll and benefits functions to enhance automation and scalability while ensuring accurate, secured, and compliant payroll processing in compliance with government regulations across several jurisdictions including the US & UK.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who is self-driven, has strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to react quickly to the changing demands of the job and use good judgement to make decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role, as is the ability to work on your own and collaboratively as part of a team spread across different geographic regions.
OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to support day-to-day payroll operations for our employees across a global organisation. As part of the People, Culture & Global Support Team, you will work with cross functional teams who impact the payroll delivery through collaboration and support ongoing process improvement through business process reviews and technical solutions. You will be the point of contact for all things payroll and benefits, therefore your foundation in payroll concepts, HR systems, benefits administration, pay calculations, excel, and data analysis will be key to the successful execution of this role.

You will play an active role as a member of the People, Culture & Global Support Team in supporting the organisation’s global operations and administrative procedures. This role is based in London, UK and will report to Manager, People & Culture.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Global Compensation
Support day to day global payroll management in partnership with Finance and People teams, assist with payroll, retirement/pension filings and audits
Act as the main point of contact for employees with questions about their pay, deductions, leave balances, etc.
Partner cross-functionally to track, and process Leaves of Absences, pay changes, benefits deductions, and additional earnings, etc.
Maintain data integrity of employee and payroll data
Global Benefits
Support employee benefits enrollment during onboarding, offboarding, and life status change events
Cultivate strong and positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation and enhance the understanding of the benefits and wellness policies, plans and processes
Global Support Team Contribution
Work in partnership with members of the People, Culture & Global Support Team across the organisation to support process improvements, provide a consistent experience and enhance our shared cultural values
Research, develop, and deliver special projects (both assigned and self-identified) for the People, Culture & Global Support team
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Previous experience providing payroll and/or benefits administration support in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of managing complex and competing deadlines, and the ability to exercise good judgement prioritizing tasks
Familiarity with payroll related accounting principles and practices, with understanding the impact of payroll from the HR side of the house
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create relationships and work collaboratively with staff at all levels to execute duties
Strong interpersonal skills and consideration for team dynamics -- with the goals of supporting a positive work culture
High comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably in a Mac environment)
Proficiency with payroll or human resources systems would be a plus, but not essential
Desire to take ownership of new projects and responsibilities as they arise
The following attributes are highly desirable but not essential:
Experience working in organisations with international offices
Bachelor's degree
