Job Description
The IT and Facilities Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of Frontline’s IT and facilities management for the offices across the country. The role involves supporting with IT and office management processes and procedures, such as capital management and health and safety, as well as coordinating relationships with our suppliers, such as our outsourced IT helpdesk and our landlords. You’ll focus on delivering a responsive, first class service to ensure that our technology and office spaces provide fantastic working environments to our staff, partners and visitors. You’ll strive to constantly improve routine but essential tasks, like inducting new staff in IT and systems and maintaining the right levels of office supplies. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects to make improvements, for example, in the technology we use and how we use it.
To succeed in this role you will need to be highly organised and enjoy working in a busy, changing environment. You’ll have the initiative and confidence to ask questions in order to work independently and to problem solve. A desire to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly, coupled with a genuine interest in IT, are more important to this role than specific experience.
