ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Manager, We Rise leads and coordinates IWDA’s partnership and program implementation of We Rise.

The Program Manager supports partners to identify and meet organisational strengthening needs; develops, monitors and reports on annual work plans and budgets in line with IWDA financial procedures and donor requirements; and supports the advocacy and movement building work of IWDA and the We Rise Coalition. 

This position sits within the Partnerships team in the Systemic Change & Partnerships Team and reports to the Senior Program Manager.  The Program Manager will contribute to IWDA’s positive and committed organisational culture and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
