Job Description

Do you have ideas for how to improve health systems and public health? Are you passionate about finding out what works to reduce loneliness and increase community wellbeing?

We are looking for dynamic and talented people who are passionate about using behavioural science to improve health and social capital. We are interested in candidates at both Advisor and Associate Advisor levels, from a range of backgrounds, including people who have been working in government, academia, charities, or consultancy. About BIT

The Behavioural Insights Team works with governments around the world in almost every policy area. Whilst the subject and output of our projects vary considerably, there are common threads: we try to understand the contexts in which people make decisions; we notice small details; we find out what has and hasn’t worked before, and we measure everything we do as robustly as we can.

About the Social Capital Team

The Social Capital Team works with a variety of organisations to design and implement field trials on issues such as improving facilitating social connections in the built environment, improving charity effectiveness and increasing community wellbeing.
