Outreach & Insight Coordinator
OIAHE
- Closing: 11:59pm, 5th Oct 2026 BST
Job Description
The role
The Outreach and Insight Team joins up data and information from our casework and from our interactions with students, student bodies and providers, using this evidence to promote good practice across the higher education sector.
As Outreach and Insight Coordinator, you'll provide vital coordination and administrative support to help deliver our outreach and insight programmes. You'll organise workshops, provider visits, webinars, conferences and other outreach activity, managing logistics such as venues, bookings, materials and feedback collection.
You'll also provide broader administrative support to the team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records and acting as a key point of contact for colleagues on the team's schedule and programme.
A strong communicator, you'll help capture and share insight from our engagement activity, and write content for our website about upcoming events. You'll also contribute to communications for stakeholders via newsletters, social media and reports.
Working collaboratively is central to this role. You'll build relationships across Operations, Policy, Communications, Casework and other teams, support cross-team projects, and help improve our coordination processes and planning tools
Reporting to the Outreach Manager, you'll have day-to-day autonomy to manage your workload within agreed priorities and deadlines, with regular catch-ups to discuss objectives.
Attend casework meetings and knowledge booster sessions where appropriate to develop own understanding of the OIA’s work.
If you're organised, collaborative and keen to support meaningful change in higher education, we'd love to hear from you.
