Disability Selection Advisor
Frontline
- Closing: 9:00am, 2nd Sep 2020 BST
Job Description
The Disability Advisor requires an individual with substantial working knowledge and experience of implementing the Equality Act in order to both navigate the assessment of applicants' suitability (particularly, but not exclusively, those who have a health condition and/or may be considered to have a disability) to commence the Frontline programme and to advise Frontline and local authorities in respect of reasonable adjustments.
This is a vital position in a pioneering organisation and the appointed individual will bring their extensive knowledge of equality legislation to help develop organisational knowledge, improve participant experience and embed disability best-practice into all aspects of our programme. This role sits within the Suitability team so working with the wider group to ensure a joined-up journey for our participants and local authorities is essential.
