The Opportunity
We are looking for Managers in a variety of our teams. Managers play a critical role overseeing day-to-day project delivery, managing project teams, developing new project ideas and building relationships with partners and clients with oversight and support from senior colleagues. They are also core to the operations of our team, helping to foster a positive team environment and drive improvements in how we work.
We are looking for Managers that are keen to develop their careers in specific areas such as education and children's wellbeing, health & social care, data and digital or other UK programmes, and those that are interested in building a broader experience working across different areas or switching between teams over time.
Our Teams
We have six teams at Social Finance, each with their own specific focus and requiring their own specific skills. While our teams tend to work independently, our approach is a collaborative one, where we bring the most skilled people across the organisation together to solve the challenges we face. Find out more about the issue areas we work on and the different team approaches here.

Strategic, analytical & creative thinking: You demonstrate a strong ability to solve difficult problems, often working with ambiguity in complex contexts. You approach projects holistically, understand long-term implications, and are creative in your delivery. You are able to structure and oversee analytical work, spot trends and areas for further enquiry, interpret data accurately and distil key insights.
Project management: You are able to scope, structure, resource, plan, formulate and articulate clear goals for your projects in line with client and other stakeholder needs. You show accountability, anticipate and resolve problems proactively, implement best practices and use robust methodologies in your project work.

You are able to build inclusive, dynamic and cohesive team environments and help to empower and accelerate the development of those you work with.
