Youth Futures Foundation is seeking to recruit a fixed term Youth Participation Manager to design, manage, facilitate and deliver youth participation across our grants and programmes work. You will sit in the Youth Participation team (as part of the Policy and Communicaions directorate) and work hand in glove with the Grants and Programmes team, specifically on our flagship programmes including Connected Futures, Building Futures and Evidence into Action. As part of the Youth Participation Team you will also work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure our youth participation architecture and offer is joined-up across the organisation more widely.
