Job Description
About dxw
We’re an employee-owned agency of technology, design and delivery experts who work primarily with public and third sector organisations to build usable and accessible digital services that fit seamlessly into users' lives.
We help organisations like the NHS, the Department for Education, and Citizens Advice spend less money on technology, so that they can spend more on helping the most vulnerable. We aim not only to produce better services, but to improve people’s interactions with government and public services in lasting, meaningful ways
Recent projects include improving access to adult social care, supporting rehabilitation of people leaving prison, and many more.
One of the things that makes us different is that we are employee-owned, so we are not beholden to external shareholders, and are protected against being taken over by private equity. It also means we can prioritise being an inclusive employer, reducing our impact on the planet, and working in the open. We particularly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in tech and/or looking for flexible working arrangements.
Interested in working with us?
We think it’s important to have diverse teams that live our values, and we aim to create an environment where everyone can do their best work and has the support they need to do that.
If you like our philosophy and think your skills and experience could benefit our work, we’d love to hear from you - even if you don’t see a current vacancy that feels like an exact match. We welcome applications from people at different stages of their careers, including those returning to work, changing industries, or looking for more flexible ways of working.
We also encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in tech and digital, and from anyone who may not meet every requirement typically listed in a job description but believes they could contribute meaningfully to our work.
Flexible, hybrid, part-time, and adjusted working arrangements are welcomed wherever possible. If you need reasonable adjustments during the application or interview process, we’ll work with you to make sure you’re supported.
Please complete the application questions to tell us more about your experience, interests, and why you’d like to work with dxw.
We review general applications regularly and will contact you if there’s a suitable opportunity now or in the future.
