Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive digital support, ensuring staff, members, and volunteers can effectively use the organisation’s digital tools. You will be responsible for triaging and resolving support requests, while contributing to the creation of accessible, self-service content to enhance digital literacy across the party. You will also ensure a high standard of support via the ticketing platform and other communication channels.

In addition, this role involves database administration, including uploading voter data and monitoring data quality across systems. Working closely with other teams to ensure data is maintained accurately and is easily reportable to meet organisational needs.

You will also drive continuous process improvement within the Digital Team by identifying inefficiencies and documenting repeatable processes. You will collaborate with other teams to support the evolution and documentation of their digital processes.
