Job Description

The startup space is booming. Innovative solutions to old problems dominate our headlines, and the lure of getting entrenched into tech has never been greater. But the core problems to launch, grow and scale a business remain the same. To put it simply – building, scaling and investing in a startup is hard. And that’s where LUNA comes in.

LUNA is Australia’s leading future-focused service provider. We deliver cutting-edge solutions across legal, tax and accounting, and pair this with expert education. Our experts work with founders, investors and ecosystem players based on where they’re at in their journey.

We are greater than the sum of our parts and are proud that our people are our biggest asset.

Which is why we’re excited to invite you (yes, you!), to apply for the role of People and Culture Coordinator and spearhead some of our biggest changes to come.

Our growth has been exponential over the past five years, but our ambition does not stop here — we are in the process of refreshing and building a future-state strategy for LUNA. And that’s why we are looking for you — the kind of people that inspire the next iteration of LUNA.

We are looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to bring the People & Culture (P&C) strategy to life across the organisation. In this dynamic role, the P&C Coordinator will help design, manage and execute programs and processes that support the entire employee journey, including recruiting, onboarding, team engagement, culture and onboarding. This role spans across the employee lifecycle, giving the P&C Coordinator an opportunity to learn best P&C practices, all while being coached by strong mentors.

Your role at LUNA:

P&C Programs

  • Work with Head of People (HoP) to rollout, manage, and promote all P&C initiatives.

  • Manage, execute and continually optimise New Hire Onboarding program.

  • With the support of HoP, help coaches navigate team relations and performance issues.

  • Lead all administrative tasks within the P&C remit, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.

  • Be P&C point of contact for all HR-related queries.

  • Act as HRIS superuser. Support team to field all administrative queries.

  • Maintain employee records to ensure compliance.

Recruiting

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support on recruitment. Post job ads, manage communication with prospects, screen candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage all offer sendouts.

  • Act as Luna’s ATS superuser.

  • Promote and manage Team Referral Program for open job roles.

Team Culture & Connection

  • Be Luna’s culture ambassador. Lead by example and nurture positive team relations across the organisation.

  • Own and manage Luna’s team calendar, working across all office hubs to execute team events to foster connection, both online and in-person.

  • Create and manage team events that advocate for wellness, productivity, and professional growth.

  • Organise logistics and communications for org-wide Annual Retreat.

  • Point person for all facility fix-its and office enquiries. Foster a positive atmosphere in the office.

  • Manage P&C/office budget.
