Job Description

Our Opportunity:

We have an opening for a Well Services Specialist in our US Well Services team. This position can be based in Denver, Colorado or Dickinson/Williston, North Dakota, and reports to the Team Lead, Well Services in Denver. This role is accountable for preparing well workover procedures and communicating directly with petroleum engineers to obtain well workover design parameters. In this role, you will work with the Wellsite Supervisor(s) and Well Services Superintendent to execute workover procedures. Candidates should have knowledge of workover operations, downhole tools, and fishing operations. Prioritizing multiple projects and maintaining deadlines is crucial for this role. As a member of this team, you will be the contact point for various internal and external stakeholders, so your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent.   

 

Job location:  Denver or North Dakota 

Shift schedule:  5 days/week (Monday – Friday), 8 hours/day 

Salary Range: $137,000-$185,400 

Hybrid Option: Yes 

Safety sensitive position:  Yes 

 

Key Accountabilities:

Communicate with production engineers on artificial lift system design needed for the wells 

Maintain and produce Workover Information Sheets (Workover procedures) 

Generate Workover AFEs 

Review WellView reports  

Facilitate communication between the Well Servicing Superintendent(s) and Production Engineers.  

Ensure workover communications are conducted clearly and professionally. 

Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as needed. 

 

What You Bring to The Role: 

Minimum five years of experience in well servicing 

Proficient in WellView 

Respect for confidentiality and discretion. 

Outstanding organizational and communication skills. 

Good written communication skills 

Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook. 

Attention to detail and accuracy. 

Flexible and adaptable. 

If the selected candidate is in Denver, travel to field will be required, approximately twenty days per year 

Availability to take calls some evenings, weekends, and holidays
