We are now seeking a Coordinator to join our Investment Team and support across both our Portfolio Management and Investment Product functions. For this position, we’re looking for someone with clear and thorough communication skills, strong organizational skills, confidence in liaising across a variety of stakeholders, and one with a heightened attention to detail. This is an exciting, multi-faceted role balancing a variety of responsibilities, asking one to operate in support of the team, but also lead with confidence and ease to ensure the team operates as a well-oiled machine. This role within this team is at the heart of Unreasonable, designed to masterfully organize the core of Unreasonable’s newest offering and future growth. Capital is often the greatest need of our scaling ventures and this team is designed to support our Fellows with providing access to capital both directly though our investment club, the Unreasonable Collective, and via our network of financial institutions and partners. This is a unique opportunity to join the team tasked with designing and delivering that value. This position will work across American, European, and Asian time-zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Global Portfolio & Investments Manager in coordinating the participation of our global investor community in a variety of initiatives by:
Keeping our CRM up to date (updating user records, logging activity etc.), and creating and optimizing workflows for relationship management
Cleaning up and managing our Global Funder database, adding new funders and managing data accuracy on an ongoing basis over time
Actively analysing CRM and database data, and looking for opportunities to improve processes, systems, and experiences for investors
Drafting and organizing templated communications
Extending invitations to select participants and tracking their responses, following up and coordinating their participation, Serving as their logistical point of contact
Managing communications related to our legal and capital raising activities
Supporting investors in Unreasonable’s network that have administrative questions and logistical issues
Formatting, lightly-editing, and sharing media assets to support our global investor activity, including but not limited to short informational and instructional videos
Creating calendar invitations for a variety of virtual gatherings happening around the world that bring together our investment community members at various intervals
Lead investment-related Demo Day activities such us:
Building invitation lists for investor gatherings in the US, UK, and APAC regions
Extending invitations to invitees and track their responses, following up and coordinating registrations
Serving as the primary point of contact for our partners for Demo Day activities

Required Education and Experience:
Experience is gained in many different ways across a multitude of avenues. Here at Unreasonable, we are committed to building a diverse team and fostering an inclusive environment. As guidance, we expect this hire to come with 1-3 years of experience in an administration, coordination, research or data management function. This is an entry-level role within our organization.

March 19-24: We will give select applicants a small “trial project” representative of the type of work associated with this position. Though we will give you 5 days to finish your "trial project," it should only take a few hours to complete.
March 29 - 31: Assuming both of us want to continue exploring the potential of working together, we'll invite you to interview with our team.
April 6 -7: We will conduct reference checks on the two to three most compelling applicants for this position.
April 8th: Assuming you made it through the reference checks, you will be notified whether or not the position is yours.
April 20: Ideally, those accepted will be able to join the company no later than April 20, 2021.
