B Lab Europe
B Lab Europe was established in 2013 and since the B Corp movement was established in Europe, it has gained remarkable traction with over 1,100 certified B Corps in the European Union and over 20,000 European users of the B Impact Assessment. The European movement is underpinned by a network of different entities – certified B Corps, country partner representatives, and the team of B Lab Europe, which coordinates the strategy, processes, and many of the activities of its European country partners
Overview
B Lab Europe is looking for a Senior Multinational Certification Coordinator to join our team. The role will be responsible for supporting companies on the Large Enterprise pathway in their certification journey. This role focuses on process improvement, direct contact with & support for large & complex companies, coordination with relevant Country Partner representatives, and process facilitation in collaboration with B Lab Global representatives. The person taking on this role is expected to be customer-facing and to have a deep level of understanding of the Large Enterprise certification process, certification support services, and the B Corp Certification standards. The objective of this position is to facilitate the strategic growth of the European community of Certified B Corporations and to promote the adoption of the B Corp standards by companies in Europe, specifically for large and multinational companies.

Core Responsibilities
Account Management for the LEA Pathway (40%):
Management of a range of LEA company accounts from point of application to certification.
Tracking the progress and planning the service capacity needs of companies under their lead.
Supporting the MNC Manager with the annual capacity forecast by providing expected service needs for the companies under their lead for the following year.
Coordination of company certification with relevant internal B Lab teams.
Presentation of complex processes, certification requirements, and standards to company senior management and sustainability leads.
Problem-solving any issues that may appear within a company’s certification process.
Escalating any important information or issues to the Multinational Certification Manager or relevant B Lab stakeholders.
Preparing companies for transition regarding the evolution of B Corp standards.
Country Partner (CP) support and knowledge sharing (30%):
Co-leading the MNC Circle monthly meeting and proactively contributing to the agenda.
Key contact for the Complex Structures Committee and DQ Committee.
Deliver key resources for strategic projects & workstreams. Support training development.
Lead bi-weekly check-ins with CPs to discuss company progression and provide workstream updates.
Process Improvement and Knowledge Management (30%):
Roll out changes to the Large Enterprise process and approach in light of the evolution of B Corp standards and upcoming EU Directives.
Provide regular feedback to the MNC Certification Manager and relevant B Lab Global process owners on company experience.
Serve as a vocal point in process improvement & ideation workshops.
Manage the Large Enterprise user journey and implement improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Good level of understanding of the Large Enterprise Approach B Corp certification process and standards.
Various years of experience working with/supporting Multinational Companies sustainability strategies
Proactive problem solver, identifying viable solutions to mitigate risks or resolve conflicts.
Critical thinking to analyze stakeholders' needs, expectations, and potential impacts on the project.
Efficiently managing time and priorities to address the needs of various stakeholders.
Excellent communicator, able to build relationships for the longer term, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and handling challenging conversations.
Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms verbally and in writing, by creating documents, memos, and reports.
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Trello, Slack, Google Suite, or comparable platforms.
