Are you passionate about ensuring an excellent level of service? Do you have an understanding of programmatic support to enable stakeholders to succeed in their programmes?

We're looking for a motivated individual to join the team as Programmes Senior Associate on a 12 month FTC basis. The postholder will be responsible for delivering day to day communications with stakeholders such as teachers, leaders and programme delivery partners on a cohort, programme or range of our programmes, ensuring an excellent level of customer service. You'll provide the interface between the organisation and our stakeholders, liaising with other teams to ensure that full programme requirements are communicated and fulfilled.

We would like you to:

  • Develop a secure understanding and expert knowledge of the requirements of NPQs and be a main point of contact for all relevant stakeholders.

  • Support the Delivery Partner Lead to ensure high quality delivery of NPQ programmes across relevant delivery partners.

  • Support with reporting activity associated with the delivery of the NPQs data and information accuracy

  • Ensure that all requirements for the areas you are responsible for, including those for reporting, are understood and adhered to by relevant teams and individuals across the organisation

  • Work in partnership with the Finance team, Programmes delivery team ensuring maximum support for delivery partners    

Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Delivery Partner Support Lead, Programme Manager or Associate Director: Programme Lead (dependent on the specific programme). In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition.
