Job Description
This is a new role to support Youth Futures achieve their ambition as part of their strategy to influence employer behaviour and practice to support more young people into employment. This role is suited to someone who can demonstrate a strong ability to influence employer behaviour and practice change, working directly with employers or through stakeholders with experience of, or a passion for tackling youth unemployment. We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator, relationship builder, good problem solver and excellent at managing people and performance to achieve goals and targets.
This role will be key to delivering existing partnerships aligned to contracts and milestones, working on existing and securing new partnerships aligned to evidence and employer reach. Working closely with the Impact and Evaluation teams at Youth Futures to identify key recruitment and retention practices and employers who want to test them as part of our flagship programme of “Employer Trials”.
