B Lab Nordics

We are seeing ever growing interest in the B Corp movement in the Nordics with 190+ B Corps headquartered in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland and nearly 400 more B Corps operating in the Nordics market. The small Nordics team is international, creative, hard-working and dedicated to changing how business operates. The team works closely with the B Lab Europe team in Amsterdam.

B Lab Nordics leads the growth of a thriving of and inclusive B Corp community in the region, working with key stakeholders in the ecosystem, delivering the strategy, fostering new partnerships and initiating activities that create value to B Corps and the movement across the Nordics.

Overview

We are looking for an excited community professional who is energized by building relationships and sustaining a growing movement of purpose-driven businesses across the Nordics. You are proactive, organized, and enjoy engaging with people through events, communications, and community initiatives.

You have an eye for detail, are comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems, and enjoy helping improve processes and community experiences. You work closely with the Nordics team and the wider B Lab Europe network, with the opportunity to learn about community building, communications, events, and stakeholder engagement in an international environment.

You will mainly work on:

Community engagement and onboarding (50 %)

  • Activate and nurture the Nordic B Corp Community by developing and distributing relevant content and concepts. 

  • Help organize and deliver community events, sessions, workshops, and assist in setting up working groups

  • Ensure effective onboarding for new B Corps and contacts: introducing them to the Nordic community and welcoming them into webinars, B Community and events

  • Build and sustain relationships with Nordic B Corps

  • Handle incoming questions and requests from the community

CRM maintenance and systems management (25%)

  • Maintain CRM and ensure Salesforce is up to date with accurate contact details and mailing lists

  • Assist the team with setting up a robust system for community data tracking and analysis

  • Contribute to the annual B Corp community survey

Communication and content  (15%)

  • Create relevant community communication output (email campaigns and event updates)

  • Help create, maintain and improve automated customer journey materials, automated drip programmes 

  • Assist with planning and operations of community and communication activities

Strategy and cross-functional coordination  (10 %)

  • Contribute to strategies, priorities, KPIs, and tools such as event playbooks

  • Act as a link between the certification team and the community function to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences

  • Native speaker of one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic)

  • Comfortable hosting virtual calls and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and effectively

  • Ability to create event communications and participant  engagement

  • Ability to manage and make use of the many functionalities of current CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) 

  • Skilled in digital design creation using Photoshop and Canva

  • Organizing and engaging full end-to-end on- and offline events

  • A business network and/or market familiarity in one or more Nordic countries is an advantage

  • Understanding of sustainability is needed; knowledge of impact measurement and the B Corp movement is a big plus.

What we offer:

  • The salary for this role is 32742 DKK per month

  • A four-day workweek (32 hours per week) to promote work-life balance and wellbeing.

  • 25 vacation days prorated based on the 4 day work week, plus additional days around the year-end period.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - working both from the Copenhagen office and from home; preferably 3 days per week at the office.
