Location Remote with occasional travel to Salisbury and/or London as required.
Salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus benefits (dependent on experience)

Job Description

•    Operating as primary system / helpdesk administrator for the Trust environment with 130+ users

•    Troubleshoot / fix user IT problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues

•    Set-up user equipment as needed

•    Evaluate user queries and determine if an internal fix or to be signposted to external support partners

•    Assist with the support and maintenance of business applications such as Salesforce and other core systems

•    Work on (as needed) IT projects

•     Strive to continuously improve the IT services we deliver and support

•     Work with our technology partners to deliver new services, apps and infrastructure

•     Participate in regular 1:1s and annual reviews, contributing to the identification of objectives and targets, and monitoring of progress towards them

•     Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, resourcefulness and best practice to make the best use of time and skills in the team

•     Promote collaborative and flexible working across your department and the wider Trust

•     Effectively act as the tech liaison between our users, vendors and application development teams

•     Work independently with members of the user community to define and document requirements

•     Influencing – uses different communication channels, develops reasoned arguments, establishes bonds with others

•     Adaptability – accepts the need for change, maintains a positive outlook and projects credibility
