Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and talented HR Recruitment professional to join our HR team on a fixed term (maternity cover) basis as a HR Recruitment and Onboarding Manager. The post holder is responsible for collaborating with line managers to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process which delivers a positive experience for all candidates and enhances Ambition’s brand by delivering excellent new hires, and building Ambition’s brand reputation with all involved. Responsibility will extend from the initial planning stages, including drafting accurate, appealing role specifications, to the completion of a successful on-boarding programme.
The post holder will advise on appropriate salary levels, based on internal equity and market comparisons, taking advice from colleagues as required, as well as ensuring that all recruitment activities are fit for purpose, and are closely managed, documented, monitored, analysed, and that all candidates have an excellent experience of interacting with the organization from their initial application through to their personal outcome.
Based in either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire Recruitment and On boarding process for all levels of roles, utilising our applicant tracking software and ensuring roles are filled with the very best people. You will need to have extensive recruitment experience in a busy or standalone role. The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible and be able to own their work and manage their time effectively. The role will engage directly with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, so excellent customer service skills and communication are a must.
