The People Team plays a pivotal role in managing the entire journey of our employees, from their recruitment to their departure. With a broad spectrum of responsibility, we cater to the needs of approximately 1,300 individuals comprising full-time, part-time, seasonal, and temporary staff. Our reach spans across 13 diverse locations worldwide, including remote support, ensuring a global and comprehensive approach to employee support and engagement.
Key Logistical Information:
Start date: Preferably two-weeks from date of offer acceptance.

What does a People Team Coordinator do?
As the People Team Coordinator, you'll directly collaborate with People Team leaders, taking charge of crucial day-to-day administrative duties and tackling whatever comes your way. Your role involves constant interaction with stakeholders at every organizational level, guaranteeing an exceptional customer service experience for internal and external individuals associated with NOLS.
Be the first point of contact for the People team. You are keen to address HR inquiries via email and phone, providing swift and informed assistance.
Promote equity and inclusion in all HR tasks, ensuring fairness and diversity.
Bolster the full employee lifecycle with seamless administrative help.
Build meaningful connections fostering a great HR experience, enhancing interactions.
Support the People Team Leaders by assisting with payroll processes as required.
Manage project-related administrative tasks efficiently for seamless execution.
Promote teamwork across different departments for a cohesive work environment.
Ensure HR data accuracy through regular updates and thorough audits.
