You will be briefing campaign codes and data criteria to our customer services team, ensuring data is delivered in the correct format, testing different offers, updating scripts when appropriate, tracking results, and investigating complaints in a timely manner.

·         Continually test and refine the organisation’s social/PPC conversion campaigns to maximise ROI across B2C objectives. You will be testing different ad copy/artwork, landing page copy/artwork, keyword and device targeting as well as bidding strategy. You will track ROI, manage budgets and have regular calls with our account manager/s to implement improvements.

·         In conjunction with the team, delivering effective collateral to promote our sales, sponsorship, and events business. Typical activities will include updating our media pack and preparing lead generation materials.

·         Work with the editorial team to send our daily and weekly e-newsletters, monthly ‘best-of’ emails and table of contents (TOCs) messages while measuring and reporting on the email KPIs.

·         Manage the online customer feedback service to ensure RCNi is fully aware of any issues and can resolve them quickly. You will be scheduling regular emails, tracking results, and disseminating this feedback to the appropriate departments when required.

·         Create video user guides to help educate subscribers on how to use our online resources and increase usage. You will utilise software to script and record short video clips. These guides will be an essential part of the retention email stream.

·         Utilise available advertising space in our journals and on our websites to promote our online resources, including RCNi Plus and journal  content.

·         Work with the editorial team to drive traffic to the ‘Write for us’ section on rcni.com. This will involve creating in-house ads, flyers and email campaigns.
