Job Description

Be part of an exciting and expanding event production team in PUBLIC’s London office as a Sponsorship Sales Manager. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate looking to break into the events arena.

The Sponsorship Sales Manager will help us deliver revenue on our events and research programme, including high profile conferences like the Govtech Summit in Paris. They will work closely with the Head of Events, the Head of Growth and the Head of Research to identify, secure and manage sponsorship, primarily for our events programme, as well as our broader product portfolio, including research, as required.

The Sponsorship Sales Manager will;

  • Ensure maximum possible delivery against sales targets through the generation of new business as well as the retention of existing customers;

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new sponsorship opportunities;

  • Work closely with other departments such as Communications and Event Operations to deliver exceptional customer experience to both new and existing sponsors;

  • Develop relationships with sponsors by understanding their needs and formulating innovative and creative sponsorship opportunities

  • Build an extensive understanding of market trends and developments in GovTech, as well as our product and the competitor landscape;

  • Attend our events in the UK, and Europe to work closely with sponsors to deliver world class on-site experiences;

  • Liaise with sponsors and provide feedback to development teams to help optimise our product offering and overall event strategy


REQUIREMENTS
