We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and driven Delivery Consultant to join our Projects Team.

About you and the role

As a Delivery Consultant in the Consulting Projects Team, you will focus on growing, developing and engaging the network of consultants – from junior to Partner level. You will be knowledgeable of the strategy consulting market, bringing credibility and gravitas to conversations with consultants.

Your day-to-day will be dynamic and fast-paced, including a range of headhunting, screening and interviewing new joiners to the network, through to discussing project opportunities, market trends and career journeys. You will feel energised about these conversations, engaging and building rapport with the candidates.

You will be responsible for attracting, screening and selecting consultants for the Freshminds network, introducing them to appropriate opportunities, managing and coaching candidates through interview processes and working in partnership with Sales Consultants to deliver on client briefs. You will attend client meetings and be confident to present profiles and challenge clients accordingly.

You will work hand-in-hand with Sales to deliver best in class service across every interaction you have with a candidate, a client, a partner, a vendor, a colleague.

You will be well versed in our key markets, products and candidate & client processes inside out, while developing a thorough grounding in the Freshminds approach to business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate headhunting, screening, shortlisting, briefing, interviewing and process management

  • Working with marketing to contribute ideas for events and tech-enabled outreach campaigns

  • Working collaboratively with Sales, to ensure excellence on delivery and outstanding Freshminds’ brand experience
