The ITT Recruitment Manager is part of our Partnerships team and will report into the NIoT’s Director of Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a new function that will be central to the growth and sustainability of the NIoT.

  • Proactively support the recruitment of ITTs in cold spot areas and areas of need

  • Use data to continuously analyse and improve the process, sharing strategic insights (e.g,. common exit points) with the wider team

  • Set the entry bar at the right level and ensure it is clearly communicated and upheld by all involved in attraction and selection.

  • Use data and feedback loops to continuously review and update the entry bar.

  • Support Campus teams in the design and running of a robust and effective interview and assessment process for ITT applicants that involves Associate Colleges

  • Support Campuses in the design of onboarding logistics, taking applicants from successful interview, through the necessary checks, and preparing them for course commencement

  • Prepare relevant communication materials and enable the Campus team to work hand in hand with Associate Colleges throughout recruitment

  • Work with the marketing and communications leads, define an inspirational strategy for digital and in person marketing efforts. Liaise regularly and support the ITT faculty and campus principals who will lead on local marketing.

  • Champion diversity and ensure an inclusive, equitable recruitment approach, which reflects global best practice, attracts a diverse pool of applicants and is accessible to all.

  • Support the implementation of a new CRM system and ensure it is used effectively to enhance recruitment.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the work of the IT Product Manager who manages the tech solution to continuously improve user experience internally and externally

  • Work closely with:

    o   the ITT Faculty and Campus Principals who undertake regional recruitment;

    o   the Director of Partnerships to leverage the links with Associate Colleges and other Trusts to maximise local recruitment;

    o   Degree Awarding Powers Director to ensure all recruitment policies are aligned to success in the OfS process;
