How we work:
Many of our team utilise hybrid working and balance their time in the office with working from home. Within this format we strive to create supportive teams that allows the members of each team to learn new skills, gain experience, have access to assistance when they need it, but to also work with a degree of autonomy to allow personal development and adding to the team's sum knowledge. Our organisation operates a 'just' culture where blame is replaced with understanding. 2Excel Geo's values reflect this:
We care for our fellow workers, our organisation and the environment.
We strive to learn and innovate, but have guides and standard operating procedures to assist with established processes.
Underpinning this is our belief in effective, well-motivated individuals working in teams with diverse experience and capabilities. This aims to provide both data synergies and team synergies to best provide effective, innovative and efficient solutions to real environmental problems.
