About the Role

W&P is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, product launches, and content production. Our ideal candidate is both collaborative and process-driven with experience managing creative requests across digital marketing channels.

This role reports into the Director of Marketing at W&P and is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours a week, to assist in covering a parental leave. The engagement begins in late June or early July through September, with an option to extend to a longer term engagement based on team needs. This position can be fully remote or can work out of our NYC coworking spaces, if that is preferred. You must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Create timelines for all marketing creative projects and oversee all project deliverables from cross-functional team for on-time completion

  • Act as liaison between marketing team and design team, developing project briefs, compiling feedback, and finalizing outputs

  • Facilitate project-related team meetings (kickoffs, status updates, internal reviews, approvals)

  • Oversee ad, email, website, and Amazon.com creative development, managing all copywriting requests and design requests (via Monday.com) with inputs from marketing team and agency partners

  • Manage packaging copy development, briefing copywriter, managing feedback, and approving final packaging mockup

  • Oversee photoshoot planning, refining shotlist and run of show, managing product and prop needs, and overseeing all photo retouching requests

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, design, or project management with experience briefing creative teams

  • Experience with project management application and tools (preference for Monday.com experience)

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Experienced managing multiple concurrent projects to timeline and overseeing cross-functional team deliverables

  • Strong creative eye and knowledge of how to identify and create on-brand assets and materials

  • Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach content production and marketing initiatives

  • Passionate about the food, beverage, and the sustainability space!
