Who we are looking for
This is a new role that will work initially within the HR team and reflects our aspirations to grow the capability of the function to provide relevant data analytics, informing interventions, supporting leaders and line managers, and helping us to track the impact of our work. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to help us mature our analytical and data visualisation capacity in the team and more broadly within Ambition Institute.
You will be responsible for developing and producing regular data analysis and reporting outputs that will be used by Ambition’s HR and culture team and leadership team, to develop and implement strategies.
Working in a hybrid way, you’ll report to the Head of HR Operations and be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by us.
This exciting new role is varied and complex, and will require a strong conceptual thinker with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving. It is essential that you have work experience in data analysis and experience of working with quantitative data, undertaking continuous improvement project management and providing key information and insights to senior stakeholders. You’ll be a self-starter, with initiative, drive and the ability to work on your own, making decisions under pressure whilst also working as a part of an inclusive and collaborative team.
