We are now searching for a Portfolio Manager to support our community of impact entrepreneurs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs in these regions. They will report directly to our Senior Director of Global Portfolio and work closely with the broader Portfolio & Investments Team. This is an exciting, multifaceted role balancing a number of dynamics and responsibilities. The position is based in Greater London and will require some domestic and international travel.
POSITION MISSION
The mission of this Portfolio Manager position is to champion and support Unreasonable’s entrepreneurs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role exists to build strong relationships, unlock investment opportunities, and ensure each entrepreneur has the resources, connections, and support needed to scale their impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as Unreasonable’s primary point of contact for all of our EMEA-based entrepreneurs and investors.
Share 1:1s with our entrepreneurs in EMEA and action any requests that arise from these conversations.
Collect, track, and address the ongoing fundraising needs of entrepreneurs in EMEA.
Develop tailored investor lists for EMEA-based entrepreneurs who are raising investment, highlighting funding connections Unreasonable can help facilitate.
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant investors across EMEA.
Identify investment opportunities in our EMEA portfolio companies that align with Unreasonable’s own investment mandates.
Collect, analyze, and approve the annual data reports for each of our portfolio companies in EMEA.
Work with the Unreasonable Media Team to collect and highlight press hits for the entrepreneurs/ventures under your management.
Collaborate with the Unreasonable Account Management Team and our Partners to hold engagements, both in person and virtual, in EMEA.
Manage the invitation process for the investor gathering associated with the Unreasonable Impact UK & Europe Program.
Support the Unreasonable Programs team in the delivery of certain programmatic elements.

20 - 25 June: If you are invited to the next round of the process, we will schedule a 25 minute phone call with you.
30 June - 9 July: Assuming both you and Unreasonable want to continue exploring the potential of working together, we'll invite you to meet with our team for a series of virtual interviews.
15 July: Alongside interviews, we’ll conduct reference checks with the hopes of selecting and notifying our top candidate by July 15th.
4 August: Ideally, the candidate accepted for this position will join our team on or around August 4th. That said, we’ll work with our top candidate to ensure a timeline that fits their transition needs.
