Job Description

We are looking for a Governance and Compliance Manager to join the team to champion good governance, manage legal support and to develop Frontline’s compliance approach. To excel in this busy and challenging role you will have some experience of charity governance and compliance, and be competent in influencing colleagues and driving behaviour change. You’ll be accustomed to taking the lead on projects and be motivated to take ownership of the governance, legal and compliance function at Frontline.

You will support the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to ensure excellent governance of the organisation. You’ll oversee the legal, compliance and policy framework of the charity, including managing relationships with multiple pro bono law firm partners. You will promote and encourage a culture of decentralised responsibility for compliance. You will add strategic and commercial value to Frontline by driving improvement on internal legal and compliance risk management, whilst working on a number of exciting projects to help strengthen the foundations of Frontline.
