Job Description

Job title: Commercial Manager – OOH (UK & Ireland)

Department: Sales

Location: Flexible hybrid working, Farringdon

The Role: 

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially astute OOH Commercial Manager to take the lead on our UK wholesale channel. Reporting directly to the Head of OOH, you’ll be the driving force behind a critical part of our UK business - owning the P&L and managing key accounts including Brakes, Bidfood, Costco, and Eden Farm, among others.

This is more than just a sales role. You’ll be shaping how our brand shows up across a diverse and high-impact customer base, from delivered wholesalers to foodservice specialists - ensuring best-in-class execution across thousands of independents, national accounts (think theatres, theme parks, cinemas, dessert bars), B&I sites, universities, and more.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, recommend and execute the Wholesale strategy to deliver against business/channel OKR’s.

  • Understand the wholesaler/customer needs, their strategy and how we align/support this as well as understanding macro-trends effecting our category and the wider industry.

  • Build relationships within the wider matrix of key retailers- e.g. buyers, category managers, dotcom team, merchandising team, supply chain.

  • Accountable for working cross-functionally to ensure a successful S&OP process.

  • Generate new business opportunities by researching and proactively targeting suitable partners.

  • Build & maintain strong working relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders. 

  • Effectively communicate across all levels via presentations & proposals

 

Essential Requirements:  

  • 3-5yrs experience in a sales/commercial role in the food/drink industry (preferably cross functional & strategic organisation/SME).

  • Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully surpassing sales targets.

  • Managed a national wholesaler for more than 12 months

  • Preferably launched NPD into existing accounts and shown incremental growth in those accounts

  • Preferably worked within a cross functional & strategic organisation / SME.

  • Financially and commercially literate with good excel skills.

  • Can think both strategically and operate in a 'hands on' manner.
