Job Description
Frontline is continuing to grow and expand its impact. As we embark on this new stage in the organisation’s development we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager (Attraction) who will be responsible for bringing in a pipeline of talented and diverse individuals to embark on the Frontline Leadership Development programme. The successful candidate will lead and inspire our team of recruitment officers to hit ambitious targets (452 quality hires in regions across England), lead the strategic development of our Attraction strategy and be responsible for building the Frontline brand amongst university and career changer audiences.
