We're adding unique talent and diverse perspectives to our team. We've grouped the areas of expertise that make folks especially well-suited to The Ready into three categories: Future of Work, Self-Management, and Transformation Experience.
Future of Work: theoretical grounding
Working knowledge of systems thinking, holacracy/sociocracy, agile, design thinking, self-organization, teal, and related disciplines
Deep understanding of Brave New Work
Familiarity with recognized FoW thinkers, practitioners, practices, and disciplines
Self-Management: doing our own work so we can show up for our clients and each other
Continually working to expand internal locus of control
Always learning and personally evolving
Noticing personal tensions and making requests or proposals to meet needs
Comfortable working in ambiguity, asking questions, asking for help, and saying "I don't know"
Transformation Experience: making work more meaningful, adaptive, and human
Well honed contracting, facilitation, and system coaching skills
Adopting a principle-based (not formulaic) approach to transformation
Delivering transformation through iterative, experimental, and emergent practices
