The Role 

This role is an exciting opportunity to be the go-to person and the face of Incubeta! As the Office manager you will have the important job of ensuring the smooth running of the office and everything in-between. It’s an exciting role and no day will be the same. 

As the primary contact for Incubeta, you will need to be able to build positive professional relationships both internally and externally. You will also provide support to the office as a whole while having a high level of autonomy.

The person in this role will work closely with the HR Manager and the Senior Management team such as the CEO. You will also be interacting with all the lovely people at Incubeta.

Incubeta encourages career development through our Personal Development program. Previous holders of this role have moved internally into Talent Acquisition and HR.
