About you and the role

We are seeking a proactive, forward thinking and driven individual who can demonstrate a strong aptitude for working with Zoho products and has a passion for supporting children and young people.

Thrive is growing fast and investing in technology to deliver a better customer experience. Zoho sits at the heart of our improvement work, as the central repository for all customer data.

Having worked with a third party provider to implement and run Zoho, we are now bringing this capability in house. As our resident Zoho expert your work will be vital to ensure Zoho speaks to all our other systems to enhance the day to day customer experience provided by the Product & Innovation and Operations Teams, deliver high quality marketing communications, enable business development work and offer high quality reporting dashboards for the leadership team.

As the Zoho Specialist, you will...

  • Configure Zoho CRM to meet business needs across Thrive

  • Manage integration into other technology platforms

  • Have responsibility for the day to day development of the company CRM and all associated Zoho products.

  • Work across multiple internal departments to ensure that we optimize the CRM

As a critical member of our small but growing Systems Development team, your day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s CRM system (Zoho) so it becomes the central repository for all customer contacts and information

  • Manage the day-to-day data tasks in Zoho CRM and improve the quality of data

  • Manage the CRM system configuration

  • Assist with the preparation of scope of work documents to capture customer requirements and provide information to relevant departments

  • Responsible for testing new workflow releases in the sandbox prior to launch

  • Work with the IT team to develop new connectivity as required for business growth

  • Trouble-shoot administrator or technical level issues on the Zoho CRM

  • Working with our third party suppliers on large projects

To be successful within this exciting new role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following :

  • Have a proven background in developing Zoho CRM, with experience in writing custom functions and using Deluge Script

  • Have experienced using Zoho Analytics, Workspaces and writing SQL queries

  • Have knowledge of html, hml, css and javascript

  • Demonstrate experience of developing with Zoho Creator

You will also need to be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to work on multiple projects at one time, using data and insights to drive decisions, and comfortable working to and delivering on deadlines

  • The ability to communicate to both technical and non technical audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the project plans
