Overview of the role

Our Professional Services team consults with our enterprise client to complement the tool and get the most from Deepcrawl data. We have a strong team of senior technical SEOs and now need to hire 1 or 2 Associate Tech SEOs. It’s important to us to create space to foster new talent - if you have SEO experience and a strong sense of ambition & curiosity, we would love for you to apply.  

You will help us continue to scale our growing Professional Services team so we can help even more of the world’s best brands. You’ll be required to have moderate-to-strong technical SEO skills, but above all tenacity, self-organization skills, compassion, and the confidence to test and sometimes fail. We are all learning and improving together.

The preferred location for this role is remote US.

You will focus on:

• Becoming an expert in the Deepcrawl apps. You'll use our data set and your industry know-how to find issues/opportunities for our clients' websites.

• Supporting small to medium Professional Services clients that have monthly or bimonthly calls. Agendas can include crawl monitoring, tool training, finding issues, recommending fixes, showing improvement on the site, educating clients on SEO, informing folks of new announcements and finds in the tech SEO space, and working on specific projects like migrations, mobile audits, and more. We aren't an agency - we are flexible and like to build relationships and become a consultant and/or an extension of our clients' teams so there is a lot of room for creativity.

• Collaborating with colleagues. Beyond the Professional Services team you'll be working most closely with our Customer Success team who owns the client engagements. You will never work on a client without the partnership of a CSM.

• Learning & sharing information. We want this role to have access to Seniors and across teams for active mentoring opportunities, and we appreciate team members that want to elevate others as well.

• Your career development. Deepcrawl has amazing teams and industry leaders across Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You'll be right at home on Professional Services with your tech SEO expertise, but we want you to explore next steps in your career in a supported way. Skilling up means better insights and more effective work done for our clients.

 What you’ll bring

• 2+ years experience acting as a technical SEO or an SEO with strong technical curiosity

• Tracking and reporting skills 

• Strong communication skills (internal & external)

• Comfort with working with remote teams in different time zones and countries

• An appetite for analysis and problem-solving, patience, and a penchant for explaining technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences
