Job Description

Bradford has one of the strongest local Green groups in the country, with 10 councillors already elected and making a real difference in our communities. As the second largest Green group in Yorkshire and the Humber region, we’re poised for even greater success.

In May 2026, all-out local elections give us a key opportunity to more than double our councillor group and strengthen representation across the area.

As Campaign Organiser, you’ll be at the heart of that push to grow our strong Green councillor group ahead of those all-out elections - turning energy into action by empowering local campaign teams, building systems that work, and inspiring volunteers to give their best.

You’ll build and develop brilliant teams of activists, make sure campaign plans run smoothly, and help deliver the literature, events, and conversations that win elections. From coordinating action days to fostering relationships with supporters, you’ll keep everything moving and make sure no opportunity is missed.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are particularly keen to encourage those who are underrepresented in politics to apply. If you have transferable skills such as bringing people together, organising projects, or motivating volunteers, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a role for someone who loves working with people, thrives under pressure, and has the determination to see real results: more Green councillors, stronger communities, and campaigns that change lives.
