We’re on the brink of a historic breakthrough. In Wales, the Green Party has the people, the passion, and the infrastructure to make real change happen in the next Senedd election.

Now we’re looking for a talented, driven and organised individual to help us scale up and seize this moment. As Campaign Organiser for Wales, you’ll play a key role in delivering the biggest and best ever Green Party performance at a Senedd election. Be part of the team electing the first Greens to the Senedd, and help lay strong foundations for the Wales local elections 12 months later.

You’ll support local campaigns to recruit candidates, build and develop brilliant teams of activists, make sure campaign plans run smoothly and on time, and help ensure the literature, events, and conversations that count are delivered. You’ll keep everything moving and make sure no opportunity is missed.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are particularly keen to encourage those who are underrepresented in politics to apply. If you have transferable skills such as bringing people together, organising projects, or motivating volunteers, we’d love to hear from you.
