The Research Manager will work in a small team that is responsible for commissioning, managing and conducting high quality, robust social research, and for synthesising and disseminating evidence of what works to support the most disadvantaged young people into good jobs. 

You will manage the next phases of work on two of our key evidence resources, the Youth Employment Toolkit and the Youth Employment Evidence and Gap Map.

You will also contribute to our wider research strategy, including conducting evidence synthesis, working with colleagues across Youth Futures to develop externally commissioned and internally conducted research, and supporting Youth Futures’ mission to create, translate and embed evidence to improve youth employment outcomes.
