Did you know that there are at least 20m people in the UK in vulnerable financial circumstances, who are poorly served or unfairly excluded from mainstream financial services?

That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.

We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services. 

We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now seeking a Reporting & Insights Analyst to play a vital role in enabling our mission by turning programme and partner data into meaningful insights that help shape our pilots, influence product design, and improve outcomes for people in financially vulnerable circumstances.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine analytical rigour with social purpose, contributing to work that genuinely delivers impact for people who need fair, affordable and appropriate financial support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and consolidate partner and programme data into monitoring reports, insight summaries and dashboards.

  • Present monthly dashboards and recommendations to internal teams to support evidence-based decision-making.

  • Contribute to impact and process evaluations alongside internal teams and external research partners.

  • Conduct ad-hoc quantitative analysis across our wider organisational priorities.

  • Support research activities including market sizing, segmentation work and data visualisation.

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality submissions from delivery partners.

  • Present insights in internal and external programme review meetings, supporting discussions with robust data.

  • Contribute to team learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of analytical practice across the organisation.

  • Maintain strong data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting data.

  • Identify and investigate data quality issues, trends or anomalies.

  • Monitor investee performance against KPIs and contractual reporting requirements.

Essential experience & qualifications:

  • Strong data processing skills, including cleaning, aggregating and validating datasets.

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts and visualisations).

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.

  • Confidence in identifying trends, gaps, inconsistencies and insights in data.

  • Ability to present complex information clearly, concisely and visually.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adopt creative, practical approaches.

  • Ability to manage and prioritise reporting demands across multiple programmes simultaneously.

Desirable experience

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience optimising or automating reporting and analysis processes.

  • Understanding of customer needs in the financial wellbeing or financial inclusion space.

  • Experience using data to design or influence solutions that improve customer outcomes.

  • Experience working in the social sector or with customers in vulnerable circumstances.

We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services. 

Founded in 2019, we are funded from the Dormant Assets Scheme. The scheme is led by the financial industry and backed by the UK government. This makes it possible for money in dormant bank and building society accounts to be used to help good causes.
