Job Description

 Who we are looking for

We are looking for a talented professional to join our Impact Governance team as Associate Dean, Participant Assessment and Impact. The role is responsible for leading the cross-organisational work designing how we assess participant learning and behaviour change.

This role is also responsible for leading and overseeing the analysis and presentation of the assessment data so that we are able to draw actionable insights from what our participants have and have not learned. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the broader continuous improvement work ensuring this is data driven with participant learning and behaviour change at the centre.

This exciting role is varied and complex, and will require someone with a track record of excellent teaching and/or leadership. You’ll have fluency in the latest education research including up-to-date, research informed knowledge about how pupils, teachers and school leaders best learn, how this can be assessed, and a breadth of professional knowledge of what this might look like in practice.

Applications will be considered for all office locations.

How to apply

All applications must be received by the closing date, 9am on 13th December 2021. Interviews are expected to take place on the 16th and 17th December 2021.
