Job Description
The People Administrator role provides effective administrative support across a wide range of people-related queries and processes. This role will lead on payroll administration and will own the general queries inbox enabling them the opportunity to really enhance the employee experience at PRI.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the general People Team queries inbox ensuring swift resolution of employee queries.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll in conjunction with the Finance department
Manage administration of all PRI employee benefits and maintain the HRIS and other records on an ongoing basis.
Liaise with all umbrella companies and other third parties, ensuring that we are complying with statutory regulation for international colleagues.
Provide administrative support to the wider People and Culture team when required.
Produce and distribute ad-hoc management reports, stats & analysis as and when required.
Support the front office team by managing reception duties in the London office for one day per week.
Person Specification
Accurate and efficient administration skills including proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills with a focus on stakeholder experience
Understanding and practice of confidentiality
Experience of managing payroll administration
Experience of data entry and administration within an HRIS
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment
Experience or knowledge of working with an Employer of Record model would be advantageous but not essential
