Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a talented Customer Success Specialist, who will play an integral role in the Customer Success team; in particular in our customer onboarding process. This is a newly-created role reporting to our Head of Customer Success.

We expect our Customer Success Specialists to be analytical, intuitive, and driven as they are tasked with proactively supporting our customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate a unique combination of creative problem solving, business sense, and analytical aptitude. We are looking for someone who is passionate about understanding customers’ businesses for long term success, as well as able to dive into data analysis tasks to produce meaningful insights.

Our Customer Success Specialists work closely with our Product, Data Science and Engineering teams. Day to day, you will be at the forefront of AI and fintech, and work with the most innovative companies in Australia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements

  • Being heavily involved in Customer kick off & go live planning

  • Inputting data into the platform and ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial data

  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. Correcting, verifying and deleting non-required data and combining data

  • Playing a big role in customer delivery planning by bringing high participation to daily Customer Success & Delivery stand ups

  • Preparing data sets for use by our Data Science and Engineering teams

Requirements:

  • Have a desire to be in a high performance environment

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written, and visual communication skills

  • Be an innovative and strategic thinker

  • Have a passion for working with customers

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a time critical environment

  • Excel skills desired. Any experience with programming and scripting languages is a plus, though not a necessity

Salary range:

$80,000 - $99,999
