Job Description

About BlueMark

BlueMark is a leading provider of independent impact assessments and market intelligence for the investment industry. As a certified B Corp, BlueMark’s mission is to strengthen trust and transparency in impact data by equipping investors with the tools, insights, and analytics needed to better monitor and evaluate their investment portfolios. BlueMark has completed hundreds of impact assessments for diverse investors globally. Building off that expertise, the BlueMark IQ platform has been custom-designed to help investors more easily identify, monitor, and report on fund and portfolio-level impact.

Our team brings unparalleled expertise in impact investing along with high commitment to excellence and integrity in everything we do. We value compassion, emotional awareness, a commitment to excellence, and entrepreneurial drive in every new hire.

About the position

We’re looking for a product manager to join our team and to help shape and build our BlueMark IQ software platform. We launched an MVP of the platform in late 2025 and have secured several early adopters. This is an exciting opportunity for a product manager to play a critical role in defining and owning the product roadmap for a new platform that sits at the intersection of finance, impact, and data analytics.

The Product Manager will work closely with BlueMark’s leadership team, engineers, and designers to shape the product vision. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers and prospects to understand their needs and pain points

  • Envisioning and developing functional prototypes for new features that address key user needs

  • Testing those prototypes with customers to validate feasibility and collect feedback

  • Translating customer input and feedback into features/requirements and prioritizing accordingly within product roadmap

  • Working with internal and outsourced development teams to translate priority features into technical requirements

  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure features are being developed as envisioned and weighing in on decisions related to technical implementation to ensure business needs are being met

  • Working closely with marketing and business development teams to align on positioning and pricing of key product features and roadmap priorities

  • Working closely with customer success teams to translate key internal- and customer-focused operational needs into technical requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferred, with a track record of successfully planning, shipping and delivering product launches

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred; experience building a product 0 → 1 would be especially valuable

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products (fintech, data, or analytics experience is a plus)

  • Experience building or managing AI-enabled products, with a focus on ensuring features can be reliably assessed and improved over time (defining evaluation criteria, evaluating model performance, etc.)

  • Proficiency with design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) as well as functional prototyping tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Claude Code) to rapidly validate product ideas end to end

  • Understanding of data systems and technical architecture, including the ability to understand and work with APIs

  • Working knowledge of machine learning and AI fundamentals, including model capabilities, limitations and responsible use considerations

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar

  • Experience working with engineering teams  (e.g. participating in daily scrums, debugging issues, actively shaping technical tradeoffs , etc.)

  • Experience working in financial services, ideally in sustainable finance and/or impact investing and at minimum with some knowledge of the sustainable finance space

  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product promotion, sales content, and customer support

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
