Job Description

Over the past seven years, Frontline has leveraged its success to build a strong brand, recognisable to a wide range of stakeholders as a charity and social work specialist, and as a prestigious graduate recruiter. With a successful external relations function already in place the organisation is now prioritising the expansion of our brand and marketing work to support the delivery of our 2020-25 strategy.

This exciting role will suit an experienced marketing and brand specialist, keen to make their mark on a growing and dynamic charity. The marketing and brand manager will devise and implement strategies to build our brand and profile, working closely and creatively with the external relations director and communications manager across all teams to successfully position the charity as an impactful agent of social change, and to attract funders, local authority partners and programme participants. Reporting to the external relations director, this role will recruit and line manage a marketing officer in a new post designed to focus on innovative recruitment campaigns, on and offline and in collaboration with the Recruitment team and external partners. The marketing team will also be responsible for helping provide digital and social media tools for our brand managers (students working to promote the Frontline programme on university campus).

The marketing and brand manager will play a key role in the leadership of the external relations division, working particularly closely with the Communications team, and also supporting the Events and Fundraising teams.
