We are The Tides - a creative production consultancy. A co-op of doers, thinkers, creators, producers and leaders who craft memorable experiences. Most importantly, we value people and are looking for someone to join our team in the role of Senior Producer.

The Senior Producer role will work directly with The Tides’ directors and project team to deliver key projects and manage client accounts. You will manage The Tides’ wider team in the development and successful execution of key projects (in person, hybrid and virtual). You’re a star at team and project management, get a kick out of worksheets, and obsess over details. Core to your practice is thinking creatively, and clear communication. You like to learn new ways of doing things, work flexibly and fast, and are a team player.

The Specifics.

Contract type: This could be a part-time or full-time arrangement, pending the person's suitability and availability.

Duration: Beginning ASAP for a 12 month contract. 

Project scope: Varied experiences and event formats for corporate clients, ranging from intimate experiences and third party activations to large-scale hybrid conferences.

Key responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to): 

  • Support to The Tides’ directors in delivering all aspects of the project, including (but not limited to): 

    • Team management and leadership, including task delegation, resource management, ongoing support and collaboration, and communication.

    • Project management and collaboration, including budget management, development of critical deadlines, project documentation, creative ideation, and production oversight. 

    • Client support and management, including leading client meetings, budget communication and key client communications. 

  • Manage and maintain the project budget to provide regular client updates, ensure timely payments, foresee potential red flags, and deliver the project within budget.

  • Manage the extended team and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes across all areas of the project.

  • Relevant venue and supplier sourcing to ensure the aligned project partners are engaged to deliver the project successfully.

  • Oversee creative and content development (where required) and manage concept and brand integrity within relevant project areas.
