Everoze offers something unique
Energy markets are changing rapidly, and Everoze is right at the centre of that transformation. As renewables take the lead and the grid becomes more vital than ever, our clients count on us to help them navigate complexity and uncover new opportunities. We’re trusted for our ability to turn deep technical knowledge into commercial value, and for giving clients direct access to some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.
Joining Everoze means playing a role in shaping the future of energy. You’ll work across a range of renewable technologies, helping clients stay ahead in a world where innovation is essential. This is consultancy with real purpose; focused, impactful, and always looking forward.
At Everoze, we do things differently. There are no bosses and no rigid hierarchy. You’ll chart your own course, supported by a team that values partnership, quality and entrepreneurship. We’re employee-owned, we share profits, and we’re open about pay. Everoze isn’t for everyone, but if you’re looking for autonomy, responsibility, and a chance to lead meaningful change, it could be the right place for you.
Your role
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working with developers, investors, lenders, and operators on solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Most of your work will focus on the UK market, supporting clients with grid-related consultancy and contributing to technical due diligence. You’ll help review grid connection documents, stay up to date with reforms, and support project development. There’s also room to shape internal thinking and, if you’re interested, share insights externally.
Beyond grid work, you’ll have the chance to get involved in broader project activities, like reviewing electrical designs, managing subcontractors, and visiting sites. We work across multiple technologies, so whether you want to specialise or explore new areas, there’s space to grow.
We know that not everyone will tick every box. What matters most is that you share our values, care about the energy transition, and bring strong skills in some of the areas we’ve listed below. If that sounds like you and you’re keen to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.
Ethos
You share our core beliefs of entrepreneurship, partnership and quality.
You are self-motivated and will take advantage of the autonomy to shape your own career.
You want to use your skills to change our energy system for the better.
Essential skills and qualifications
Degree level education in relevant subject (or equivalent through experience)
Experience of:
The UK connection offer process at both transmission and embedded levels
Renewable power generation projects and/or energy storage
Evolving connection process and compliance requirements for GB distribution and transmission connections
Interpreting curtailment / ANM or constraint studies
Able to:
Understand client needs and write clear, concise and accurate reports in fluent English
Communicate technical or grid-related concepts to non-electrical / grid specialists
Review site electrical documentation
Extract, filter and quantify the core financial or technical risks or findings from grid offers, curtailment reports and their respective interactions with the specific project
It’s a bonus if you bring any of the following
Experience in mentoring others or sharing knowledge on grid or electrical topics
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to dive into technical detail
Project management skills and interest in growing client relationships
Familiarity with grid compliance processes, electrical design reviews, and construction contracts
Experience of site visits and managing subcontractors or teams
Knowledge of connection processes in European markets and international electrical standards
Additional language skills, especially Italian, Spanish, French or German
