This year, apprenticeship opportunities will be available across various teams and departments at Wellcome, providing hands-on learning and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Service Desk Apprentice: We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Apprentice to join our team and build a solid foundation for a career in technology. Over the course of this programme, you'll develop hands-on experience supporting users, resolving technical issues, and working across both Windows and Apple environments. You’ll gain industry-recognised qualifications while learning how to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation committed to health and innovation.​(Job Description - Service Desk Apprentice).

• Visitor Experience & Engagement Apprentice: This 18-month apprenticeship is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills in visitor experience and public engagement at Wellcome Collection. As a Visitor Experience & Engagement Apprentice, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our galleries and events, help deliver inclusive and memorable experiences for all visitors, and contribute to a welcoming, accessible environment. • Library, Information and Archive Services Apprentice:We’re looking for a Library, Information and Archive Services Apprentice to join the Library Experience & Engagement team at Wellcome Collection. Over 18–20 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting visitors, managing collections, and helping deliver engaging library activities, all while working toward a nationally recognised Level 3 apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive access to knowledge, public engagement, and the future of libraries. Programme Details:

• Duration: 15 to 24 months, depending on the qualification level.

• Salary: £24,000-£27,000, based on apprenticeship level.

• Start Date: Targeting August 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

• No prior higher qualification than the one you’ll undertake.

• Meet the specific eligibility requirements for the chosen team/standard.

• Availability for the entire programme duration.

• Right to work in the UK.
