Job Description

Tripple, a private investment company using capital as a force for good, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and team.

This role will be at the heart of the organisation, making sure things happen on time, transparently and with great energy, working with the team to ensure they can focus on the highest impact activities. You will be super organised, efficient, love to multi-task and an exceptional communicator.

We seek a better future for all and hope our team members share this passion and know that they are an important part of this mission.

Some examples of work you will do:

  • Inbox triage & Relationship Management: Help by prioritising what’s important and what isn’t by sorting and filing emails and pre-drafting responses for review/sending as appropriate.

  • Calendar control: Ensure a focus on achieving key goals and manage calendars to best fit everything in to the day whilst maintaining balance for an effective workflow. Coordinate multiple stakeholders calendars for one-off and ongoing meetings and co-ordinating meeting locations.

  • Travel: Coordinating international and domestic flights, accommodation and transportation as needed.

  • Property management: Manage property activities for residential and investment properties, including insurances, leases, cleaning, and planned and ad hoc maintenance.

  • General administration: Sort and action outstanding activities, including physical mail, receipts and bills for expense reconciliation, insurances and membership management.

  • Drafting, proofing, publishing: Complete investment applications, and draft and finalise investment documents. These may include impact investment screens and memorandums to be published to the website.

  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain portfolio reporting/dashboards and regularly updating the Tripple website as well as attending meetings and taking minutes as required as well as following up on action items

  • Special Projects & Personal Support: Pick up organisational, hospitable or administrative projects that arise to take the Tripple team to the next level.

  • Project Management & Events: Assist with Tripple projects, celebrations and events.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: the ideal candidate will have prior experience working as an PA or EA within a family office or investment company.

  • Words: Beyond a close eye for detail, you will master email, reports and website copy to a high standard, balancing just the right tone.

  • Efficiency and multi-tasking: Establish and utilise existing tools and systems to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, with minimal fuss in a fast-paced environment. Working with multiple stakeholders across many projects, you will be extremely organised and take changing priorities in your stride.

  • Confidentiality: Preserving the confidentiality and privacy of the Tripple team and ability to build strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders.

  • Ownership Mentality and Adaptability. No job is too small. Like all of us at Tripple, you're happy to roll up your sleeves, adapt quickly and do the task at hand. You actively seek ways to make us all perform better and know the whole is greater than the sum of its parts

  • Hospitality and warmth. You love making people feel welcome and warm. You are here to help and get involved in whatever the job throws at you.
