Job Description
PURPOSE
We’re introducing this exciting role to deliver a £50m+ facilities investment into the professional game to create sustainable, accessible, customer focused venues.

YOU’LL BE DOING
Providing support and leadership to First Class Counties (FCCs) to strategically plan facility developments, including meeting minimum Standards and the production of Masterplans
Providing technical expertise to the FCCs, including facility design and business planning, to ensure sustainable investment
Case work on projects for direct funding support, including the Professional Game Maintenance Fund, using the ECB Investment Management System
Working collaboratively with internal departments and key partners to ensure the facilities needs of broadcast and commercial partners are met
Working collaboratively to ensure joined up investment with the recreational game (particularly on pathway opportunities)
Providing support and guidance to FCCs to enhance operational management, reducing risk and increasing resilience, including but not limited to:
Sustainability
Health & Safety
Accessibility
Security
Creating welcoming environments for families
YOU’LL HAVE
The ability to take an objective and strategic view of plans and adopt a solution focused approach when needed
Experience in project management and an eye for detail enabling you to work accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work in one-to-one and one-to-many situations with a wide range of people from volunteers to C-suite
Excellent time management
The ability to negotiate and manage customer expectations
The ability to use digital systems and tools
Good working knowledge of:
Facilities development
Strategic planning
Health and safety in stadia
Business planning
