Job Description

PURPOSE

We are seeking a Ticket & Hospitality Coordinator to support our home ticket and hospitality programme. Working from within the ECB Finance Department, you will support the Ticket and Hospitality Manager with the administration of all tickets and hospitality requirements for the ECB. This role supports all day-to-day tasks to ensure internal, team, VIP, and partner tickets and hospitality requirements are managed and delivered in a timely manner.

YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Preparing summary spreadsheets for each venue with details of all tickets and hospitality orders.

  • Maintaining and managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships. Liaising with individuals at all levels in relevant organisations, dealing with itinerary, match information, dietary requirements, and tickets.

  • Reconciliation of the Cricket Live ticket sales reports to meet contracted deadlines.

  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices promptly to ensure ECB has up-to-date cost information.

  • Distribution of all company ticket and hospitality requirements for all matches.

  • Working closely with the CEO Team to develop, implement, and maintain systems and processes to support the VIP ticket and hospitality programme.

  • Assisting with the planning, preparation, and on-the-day hosting support for match days to ensure a seamless experience for VVIP attendees, including invitations, distribution and coordination of all general admission and hospitality tickets.

  • Completing post-season reviews, reconciliations and data management to support the wider finance function.

  • Contributing to additional projects and duties as required. Although not a comprehensive list, this will form the majority of the responsibilities, with additional ad hoc elements being required from time to time.

  • Please note that this role is office-based and requires you to be in the office a minimum of three days per week.

YOU’LL HAVE

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular, Excel (including sorting, formulas and pivot tables etc.)

  • Ability to organise, effectively prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

  • Weekend/evening work may be required during the busy cricket season.

  • The right to work in the UK.
